RESIDENT EVIL CLUB HAS OVER 1,000 PAGEVIEWS!!!

Thats right we have over 1k thanks to all you lucky members who are part of this club. Never did I think the club would get off to this flying start in just two months X3 and thank you all who submitted art as well s you all.

And so to celebrate I think it's about time we had ourselves a little contest. I want to take one but I cant offer very much of a good prize. So the best I could come up with is this. There will be pirzes for two ppl. First prize can get a free request from me the owner , a rank as admin and have their deviation as "Featured Deviation" until the next contest. Second place will get just a request.

So if you would like the RE club to hold a contest and you like the sound of the prizes available please comment on this journal (and if you want please state if you would like to be enetered). If I get a total of 6 comments I will hold the contest, also if you have ideas for the contest theme plz lemme know here

In Resident Evil 4 in Salazar's castle, you come up to the room with the Insectoid hive in it (the part where Ashley gets kidnapped by the bugs) if you shoot the hive enough times, it'll fall over and once its gone you get a crapload of coloured eye gems (more than plenty to combine with the butterfly lamps )

1. If you wish to join the club PLEASE note me on THIS account not my nick-metroid account, also all comments placed on the user page saying "Can I join" or similar will be ignored. Notes to my other account will also be ignored, same goes for emails to my MSN account. All member MUST also place an icon/link of this club on their journal. (to place the icon on your journal type :icon Resident-Evil-club: (excluding the space) to place a link type :dev Resident-Evil-club: (again excluding the space)

2. You must also be a fan or Resident Evil to join duh

3. If you wish to submit art !!PLEASE!! E-mail me at outerheavenalaska@msn.com and give me a link to the pic on DA (or include it on your email as an attatchment if the image is not on DA) all images must be credited to their original owners. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE PASSWORD BE GIVEN OUT TO PEOPLE UNDER THE RANK OF ADMINS not after what happened to other clubs who done this way of submitting art, this rule also goes to the admins who know the password. Also all pics must be Resident Evil related OR envolve a Resident Evil character.

4. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT annoy people or spam them asking them to join as this violates Deviantart's club accounts rules: FAQ #216: Are there any rules for accounts being used as clubs or 'group' accounts? doing so will get the club closed down and could result in the banning of members.

5. DO NOT COPY ART FROM THIS CLUB! copyright is a serious offence and doing so without permission from the original owner will lead you into real troble (a possible ban even).

6. To all admins DO NOT FAVE PICS! this goes against DA's clubs rules: FAQ #216: Are there any rules for accounts being used as clubs or 'group' accounts? although faving pics of ppl who are not apart of the club are allowed but may become a member in the future thus that faved pic must be removed so I advise to not fave pics whatsoever.

7. Users can Devwatch the club if they wish but this will not make them a member to the club, Note only!

8. The club will not tolerate flamers and spammers, users who spam/flame will not be allowed membership to the club and any user who is currently a member and starts to Spam/flame will have their membership terminated and all their art (if they submitted any to the club) will be removed.

9. If you wish to become a admin you must be an active member by submitting art and must have at least been on DA for 2 months (this will prove you are not a newbie as newbies tend to be the ones who cause trouble, also your history on DA will be examined to see how well behaved you have been).

10. If an admin abuses their position to cause trouble in the club and I find out about it I will change the password and I will keep it until I can determine who abused their position, that abuser will have their position stripped and barred from the club (and dont think of changing the password yourself as I can get a new one submitted to me through my email from DA).

11. In the case the password has been leaked, please someone notify me and I will as soon as I can change the password and note all admins.

12. If you wish to affiliate your club with ours note me and I will link your page on the club journal.

13. IF YOU WANT TO FAVE THE PICS PLEASE FAVE THEM BY FAVING THE ORIGINAL PIC BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER. The owners of the pics would prefer if you did it this way.
